Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (2004), Master’s degree in Ocean Engineering at Instituto Alberto Luiz Coimbra de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa de Engenharia – COPPE/UFRJ (2006), and degree of Doctor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University Lille 1 (2011, France) with Honorable Mention. Member of the Committee V.3: Materials and Fabrication Technology of the International Ship and Offshore Structures Congress (ISSC) (mandates 2015-2018 and 2018-present). Since 2014 she is Assistant Professor at the Ocean Engineering Department of COPPE/UFRJ. Her research areas focus on:stress analysis, evaluation of residual stresses, fracture mechanics, fatigue, and numerical simulations based on finite element method.
